For more than 20 years, Eric Grantham and his family vacationed along Florida’s Gulf Coast, drawn back again and again by the relaxed pace, friendly faces, and small-town charm of Gulf County. In 2018, that love story with the coast became permanent when he and his wife, Sally, built their home here. Not long after, Eric transitioned his real estate career full-time to Florida, combining years of experience in both Georgia and Florida markets with a personal passion for helping others plant roots in paradise.

Now a full-time Realtor with Rish Real Estate Group, Eric brings both market knowledge and personal insight to each transaction. “My wife and I genuinely enjoy helping clients realize their dream of owning a home near the beach,” he shares. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or someone finally making the leap to coastal living, Eric’s steady demeanor and thoughtful approach create a sense of confidence for every client.

One of the most meaningful steps in his career was joining Rish Real Estate Group alongside Sally.
