Natalie first fell in love with Gulf County while on vacation as a young adult and always dreamed of living in paradise. Prior to her real estate career she was the youngest owner of a Stretch-n-Grow franchise and was able to turn a failing business into a regional success. She’s been recognized on the cover of Fitness Source Magazine, Southern Indiana Living Magazine and was honored as one of the TOP 20 UNDER 40 Business Professionals in Business Source Magazine in 2018. As the world changed due to the pandemic, she felt it was a perfect time to transition to real estate full time. After working as a real estate acquisition specialist, property manager and home renovator in the midwest for 5 years she felt it was time for her family to start a new chapter in Port St Joe and finally embrace the beauty of the beach lifestyle.
In 2011, she built her first new construction home and retained it as a rental property for many years before becoming a full time real estate investor in the Louisville, KY & Southern Indiana area. She has participated in over 40 real estate transactions as either the buyer, seller or both. Together with her partner Casey, they’ve renovated multiple multi-family rental properties and single family homes in the midwest. Natalie has managed both short and long term rental properties since 2011 with the majority of her experience in multi-family long term rentals. She has worked in the hospitality business since she was a child at her father’s restaurant and has always loved serving her community.
