Donna Newman

Donna Newman is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 22 years of experience, bringing a depth of knowledge that serves buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and commercial markets at every price point. Her commitment to ongoing education and industry excellence allows her to remain at the forefront of today’s evolving real estate landscape.

Donna is a licensed Broker Associate in both Florida and Georgia and holds numerous National Association of REALTORS® designations, including CRS, GRI, ABR, SFR, AHWD, and MRP. She further strengthens her military-focused expertise through her specialized certifications as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Florida Military Specialist (FMS). Her additional certifications include Accredited Relocation Specialist, Red Book Contract Specialist, Loss Mitigation Certified. Since 2005, she has worked with Piedmont Healthcare as their Physician Relocation Resource.

Throughout her career, Donna has contributed meaningfully to the real estate profession, serving on REALTOR® Association Boards at both the local and state levels. Her dedication to community service is equally extensive, with leadership and volunteer roles as a Montessori instructor, PTO member, Local Chapter Vice Chair for the Council on Child Abuse, Court Appointed Special Advocate, Hospice Patient Advocate, Hospital Auxiliary volunteer, and member of the Salvation Army Disaster Response Team.
