What started as a favorite family getaway turned into home, now Eric helps others make the same move.
For more than 20 years, Eric Grantham and his family returned to Florida’s Gulf Coast again and again. It wasn’t just the beaches that brought them back, it was the laid-back pace, the friendly waves from strangers who quickly became friends, and the charm of a place where life just feels a little lighter. In 2018, Eric and his wife, Sally, stopped calling it a vacation and started calling it home. “When you’ve been coming to a place for that long, and it never stops calling you back, you know it’s time,” Eric says.
Not long after settling in, Eric transitioned his long-time real estate career full-time to Florida. With experience in both Georgia and Florida markets, he brought not only the numbers and understanding, but also a genuine love for the area and a deep understanding of why people are drawn to the coast in the first place. “My wife and I genuinely enjoy helping clients realize their dream of owning a home near the beach,” he shares.
One of the most meaningful chapters in Eric’s career has been joining Rish Real Estate Group alongside Sally. Married for over 25 years, they now work as real estate partners too, and the partnership just works. “Teaming up with Sally made sense from the start,” Eric says. “She’s a natural problem solver, detail-oriented, and incredibly driven. We bring different strengths to the table, and that’s what makes our client experience stronger.”
His background in both Georgia and Florida has given him a strong eye for value, a practical approach to negotiations, and the ability to guide clients with clarity and care.
When he’s not showing property or walking a client through the next step, you’ll probably find Eric soaking up the very lifestyle he helps others find. Paddleboarding at sunset, biking Gulf County’s scenic trails, or grabbing fresh seafood with Sally at a local spot. It’s the kind of life that still feels a little magical even after years of living it.
