If there’s one thing Trevor Seay knows, it’s Gulf Coast homes. He’s spent years inside them, around them, and now, helping people buy and sell them with clarity and confidence.
Born and raised along Florida’s Gulf Coast, Trevor offers something unique to his clients. He’s not just a licensed Realtor. He’s also the owner of Seay Level Home Inspections, a respected inspection company serving the coastal Florida region. That dual perspective means Trevor understands what matters most beneath the surface and brings that insight into every step of the real estate process. “People deserve more than surface-level advice,” Trevor says. “When you’re buying or selling a home near the coast, you need someone who understands what’s really going on with the property.”
He started Seay Level Inspections after noticing a need for more thorough, honest, and client-focused inspections. Coastal homes come with their own challenges, from salt air to structural wear, and Trevor made it his mission to help people feel informed instead of overwhelmed. “Not every issue is a dealbreaker, but it helps to have someone by your side who can explain the difference” he explains. His reputation for being honest and detail-oriented quickly grew, and that same mindset now guides how he serves his real estate clients.

Outside of work, Trevor finds his peace in the place he calls home.
