He loves how each neighborhood has its own character, some rooted in history, others shaped by recent growth. “There’s a cool mix between old and new, especially in and around Nashville.” Down on Florida’s Forgotten Coast, the feeling shifts, but the connection runs just as deep. “I love how pristine the natural landscape is,” William shares. “The white sandy beaches, the slower pace, the small-town feel, it’s all part of what makes this place special.” After Hurricane Michael, he found purpose in being part of the region’s rebuild. “There’s something meaningful about helping people settle into a place that’s rebuilding itself, too. There’s a sense of pride, of resilience here.” Whether it’s Apalachicola, Cape San Blas, or Port St. Joe, William values being a small part of the bigger story.
